Warner Bros. Film Bosses Pamela Abdy and Michael De Luca to Co-Chair MPTF’s Night Before Oscars Benefit (EXCLUSIVE)

Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group co-chairs and CEOs Pamela Abdy and Michael De Luca will co-chair the MPTF’s 24th annual Night Before Oscar benefit in Los Angeles on March 14.

The evening will include a DJ set by Grammy winner Diplo.

“The Night Before is a meaningful reminder of what we can accomplish when we support one another,” Abdy and De Luca said in a joint statement on Wednesday morning. “MPTF remains essential to our creative community, and we’re honored to co‑chair this year’s event.”

Additional co-chairs and the celebrity host committee will be announced at a later date. This year’s sponsors include City National Bank, Delta Air Lines, L’Oreal Groupe and UCLA Health.

MPTF supports working and retired members of the entertainment community with a safety net of health and social services, including temporary financial assistance, case management, residential living and childcare.

Last year’s event, co-chaired by Demi Moore, Colman Domingo and Cynthia Erivo, raised close to $4 million.

The host committee consisted of Joe Alwyn, Monica Barbaro, Yura Borisov, Willem Dafoe & Giada Colagrande, Jesse Eisenberg, Colin Farrell, Jeff & Emilie Goldblum, Jon Hamm, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Mindy Kaling, Jamie Lee Curtis & Christopher Guest, Mikey Madison, Fernanda Torres & Andrucha Waddington, Edgar Ramírez and Pauletta & Denzel Washington.
