Titled "Sentence: Clear the Zewan Gan Tunnels Part 2," Episode #3 of Sentenced to Be a Hero will release on Crunchyroll on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 5:30 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and 8:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The episode will be available in Japanese with English subtitles. Fortunately for Western fans, Crunchyroll has confirmed the simul-dub for Sentenced to Be a Hero. This means fans will be able to enjoy Episode #3 of Sentenced to Be a Hero with English dubbing on the same release day as the subtitled version, on January 22, 2026.

While cutting content is inevitable, Sentenced to Be a Hero's anime has amazingly adapted the original light novel so far, including extra scenes that showcase more of the characters, like Venetim and Kivia.
