Rachel was branded 'the best Traitor to ever exist' as she and Stephen perfectly set Matthew up for banishment in Tuesday's dramatic episode.
At the end of last week's instalment Claudia Winkleman informed the Traitors that they had the power to award one person a special sword which would give them two votes at the next Round Table.
Traitors Stephen and Rachel picked James who has been gunning to get rid of Matthew for days and on the episode confirmed he would definitely be working to vote him out.
This works hugely in their favour as he suspects Stephen could in fact be a Traitor.
People reacted to their choices, penning on X: 'rachel is genuinely the best traitor to ever exist.',
'Rachel is one of the best traitors of all time…… #TheTraitors.',

'Is it that Rachel and Stephen really good Traitors or the Faithfuls are just so bad at a time when you think the scent should be stronger than before #TheTraitors.',
'At this stage Rachel would probably get away with wearing a green cloak at breakfast… and they'd still not suspect her.',
'rachel telling james he's very dangerous to the traitors while he's sat in a room with them. give her that £50k NOW #TheTraitors.'
'I've gone a complete 180 on Rachel and Stephen, I feel like they both deserve to win. The faithful are absolutely diabolical at finding Traitors this series.',
'I will be gutted if both of them don't win.',
'#TheTraitors rachel is probably one of the best traitors i've ever seen.. she's so smart and calculating this breakfast is doing absolute wonders.',
Matthew was eventually banished as their plan worked at the Round Table.
It comes after earlier this week it was revealed that Stephen has a very famous friend - and fans think she'll launch him to further TV fame.
Cyber security consultant Stephen is one of two remaining Traitors on the BBC show's latest series, alongside Rachel.

After seeing a video of Stephen's loved ones watching the first episode, eagle-eyed fans spotted he has a famous pal.
It's none other than comedian Lou Sanders, who watched on with the others as Stephen was appointed to be a Traitor.
Lou, 47, won the eighth series of Taskmaster in 2019 while last year, she appeared in Prime Video series Last One Laughing.
She has also appeared in Dancing On Ice, The Weakest Link and Richard Osman's House Of Games, to name a few.
On social media, rumours cropped up that Lou was the landlord of Stephen and his actor boyfriend Daniel Quirke.
A fan wrote: 'Stephen's landlord is Lou Sanders so he's certainly got some connections that could help him launch a career from the show.'
Clearing up this misconception, Daniel responded: 'Can confirm she is not our landlord, just a friend of ours.'
Another fan penned: 'Rachel is one of the best traitors of all time…… #TheTraitors'
Meanwhile, other viewers reckon this celebrity link could prove beneficial to him after the show ends.
One remarked: 'Stephen will absolutely do a interview hosting gig.'
Another said: 'Stephen has such a pure soul and ALL of the outfits. Love him.'
A third took a different view, however, as they opined: 'Stephen is close friends with Lou Sanders and his partner is an actor, raises questions about how 'normal' the contestants are and the selection process.'
