EXCLUSIVE: Jenny Bloom, whose 15-year Hollywood PR agency career includes a long leadership tenure at Jive PR + Digital and before that Prodigy PR, has officially launched Bloomerang PR, a boutique entertainment communications agency.
The Denver-based company will focus on corporate communications, executive visibility and project-based publicity across the entertainment, media and immersive industries. It already has supported clients including Ken Kao and Nic Gonda’s investment office and wellness media studio Parallel, along with Sepia Films, MPX Films, Superplastic, Concourse Media and State of Play Hospitality’s Flight Club.
Across her 15-year career, Bloom has led high-profile campaigns spanning film, TV, markets,
festivals, experiential projects and consumer brands, repping filmmakers, founders, studios, immersive
experiences, and creative executives.
In 2013, she co-founded the Estes Park, CO-set Stanley Film Festival, serving as festival director and helping establish the event. She has since repped projects and companies at major and regional festivals including working directly with the Los Angeles Film Festival, Denver Film Festival, Palm Springs Film Festival, Chicago Media Project, Whistler Film Festival, MountainFilm and more.
“After nearly two decades inside agencies and the festival ecosystem, I wanted to build something more
flexible, more personal, and aligned with how the industry actually operates today,” Bloom said. “Bloomerang PR is designed to step in where teams need the most support, whether that is corporate
positioning, leadership visibility, or project-based campaigns tied to key moments. We run intentionally
lean so I am involved with every client, with strategy and execution guided by experienced hands at every
stage.”
Bloom has also made it a family affair, hiring her sister Courtney Bloom Malkin as Bloomerang PR’s Head of Partnerships and Growth, bringing in her experience in brand marketing, strategic partnerships and business development across entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality and consumer brands.
Bloom Malkin comes from the now Hibu-owned RevLocal, where she worked with immersive and experiential brands such as Meow Wolf, along with cultural and location-based entertainment concepts. At Hibu, she led SEO and Google paid media strategies driving visibility, reputation management and growth for brands nationwide.
“Courtney brings a sharp eye for partnerships and a proven ability to connect brands and opportunities in a way that is strategic and intentional,” Bloom said. “Her role allows Bloomerang to grow thoughtfully
while staying true to our boutique roots. We are female-founded and sister-operated, which is so special
and unique — allowing us to build on our deep trust, shared standards and total alignment. Our clients
benefit from having more than one Bloom in the room.”
