The couple tied the knot in 2021 following a 23-year courtship and are parents to Beau, 18 and Tate, 14

'Even after 24 years together Jade and I still really fancy each other, but instead of acting on it, it was more like, ‘Shall we watch the last episode of Succession.

'Or just "zzzzzz" rather than ripping each other’s clothes off. And that fading desire is a big, big shock for a woman.'

Emma said she started on HRT (hormone replacement therapy), which really helped.

She said Jade was really supportive and she can't imagine what it would be like to go through these changes without having a partner who is on your side.

Emma is planning on celebrating her birthday in style this week but in a new interview with OK! magazine, she said her plans were remaining top secret.

Back in March, she took to Instagram to share a celebratory post marking St Patrick's Day and pay tribute to her Irish heritage, as her maternal family hail from County Wexford.

She proudly posed in a purple and black polo neck from the southeastern county, while showing her age-defying beauty.

Emma then shared a clip from 28 years ago, displaying how little she had changed from the release of the Spice Girls debut album Spice in 1996.

The video showed the girl group winning the Best International Pop Album gong at the IRMA Awards in Dublin in February 1997.

Collecting the prize, Victoria Beckham thanked the band's fans in Ireland, before Emma jumped in to reveal her personal connection.

The then-21-year-old gushed: 'And this is especially good for me, because I am Irish. To all my family in county Wexford! My granddad will be proud, cheers!'

Emma also shared throwback photo from 2019, showing her performing on stage with a Guinness proudly held aloft.

Captioning the celebratory post, she wrote: She penned: 'Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Sending love to everyone celebrating today, especially my family and friends in beautiful Wexford!'
