Spencer Pratt is telling all about his many celebrity encounters over the years in his new memoir The Guy You Loved to Hate: Confessions from a Reality TV Villain.
It took the 42-year-old LA Mayoral candidate a decade (2003-2013) to complete his degree in political science at USC and, while there, his penthouse loft connected to three-time Oscar nominee Ryan Gosling's loft where they used to 'hang out a lot.'
'I had a crew that he was a part of,' Pratt wrote in an excerpt obtained by Us Weekly.
'We were a crew, and I think he learned a lot for his future roles from my posse.'
However, years later, The Hills alum ran into Gosling at The Standard Hotel and 'I swear to God, he ran when he saw me.'
Pratt attended Crossroads School in Santa Monica in 2002 with The Row co-founder Mary-Kate Olsen, who briefly dated his friend Max Winkler.

'[They] pump me up for 20 minutes straight, knowing every detail about everything,' the crystals enthusiast marveled to the mag.
'This movie star does not follow me. So secretly there's real, A-list movie stars that are like, "Yes, Spencer, call these people out!"'
