Sylvester Stallone's one-time Mediterranean-style showpiece is now barely recognizable thanks to superstar singer Adele's ambitious renovation plans on the Beverly Park mansion.
The Grammy-winning vocalist has completely gutted the estate she bought from the actor in 2022, wiping away nearly every trace of the Rocky star's former home, exclusive Daily Mail photos show.
The sweeping transformation is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious celebrity renovations in Los Angeles - with costs expected to soar beyond $50 million, roughly the same amount she paid for the property four years ago.
The only original feature still standing is the iconic swimming pool - famously adorned with a statue of Stallone posed as his legendary boxing character Rocky, fist raised in victory.
But even this is unrecognizable, as the crystal clear water has gone a murky, algae-like green as workers are building all around it.
Stallone's mansion was in a Mediterranean-style with terracotta roofing - whereas Adele's is ultra-modern and looks like it will mostly feature top-to-bottom windows all around the property, which she's able to do due to its secluded location.

Before: The singer purchased Sylvester Stallone's eight-bed, 12-bath mansion in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood of Los Angeles for $58million where the actor had a statue of his iconic Rocky character in the swimming pool area
Adele, 37, is sparing no expense as she pours tens of millions into rebuilding her Beverly Park mansion from the ground up
Every day, there are at least a dozen vehicles at the home with scores of workers involved in the decade-long project with builders having set up a semi-permanent camp there.
The mammoth job is being handled by celebrity construction company Valle Reinis.
Luxury renovation expert Leigh Ann Raines, owner of Chic By Design, believes this is will be costing the hitmaker tens of millions.
It's been under construction since she bought it in January 2022 and it could be another five years until the makeover is complete.
'When it's all said and done, it's reasonable to expect the investment for the finished and furnished home could be equivalent to what she paid for it, upwards of $50 million,' she said.
'It may be another five years, easily another three, from completion.

The property sits in a 'very high fire hazard severity zone', requiring specialized materials and adding to delays
Once a crystal clear blue, the pool water has turned algae-green as construction work continues around it
'Now that the home is under roof, work will begin on the interiors. Fitting a home of this size and caliber is never rushed.
'This project is a major undertaking. Within the original footprint of the site, they have completely rebuilt the main home.
'The design-build team, including Valle Reinis, will be meticulous in carefully curating exactly what the couple wants.'
The property is in a 'very high' fire hazard severity zone and needs special cool roof materials.
'The January 2025 fires in the Pacific Palisades destroyed thousands of properties and likely contributed to some unexpected delays on Adele's home this year - that affluent community is vying for scarce specialized labor resources after the major disaster,' said Raines.
Builders have set up a semi-permanent camp at the property, with insiders saying the renovation could take another five years to complete
At least a dozen vehicles and scores of workers swarm the site daily as Adele's decade-long rebuild continues
'Having worked on complex renovations, it's fair to say that they often take longer and end up being more expensive than buying a new building.'
Adele's put together an extensive top design and building team.
Architect Sylvia Kuhle is a partner at Standard Architecture and led the teams who designed the Phare Tower in Paris, the Children's Museum Los Angeles and the Forest Knoll Residence, which was sold in 2021 for $23.225 million.
Also onboard is structural engineer Derek Wavering, an expert in building luxury custom-made houses in Beverly Hills.
