Kylie Jenner's BFF Stassi copies Kanye's wife Bianca Censori in black panties and ripped stockings

Kylie Jenner’s longtime best friend Stassie Karanikolaou appeared to copy Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori as she debuted a barely-there look on Instagram.

The 28-year-old social media star stripped down to a black bandeau and matching panties in a provocative shoot shared on Friday.

She posed like a lingerie model, flashing a leggy display in ripped stockings that instantly sparked comparisons to Censori.

Bianca wore a strikingly similar black underwear-style ensemble during a night out in New York City in June 2025 while stepping out with her rapper husband.

Stassi - who revealed she underwent BBL reduction surgery in October - elevated the curve-hugging look with a fur shawl and nude pumps.

In another snap, she put her sculpted stomach and curvaceous bust on display in tiny nude shorts and a light brown bandeau top.

Of course, Stassie is no stranger to flaunting her figure, having dropped a series of sizzling bikini snaps just days before Christmas. 

The influencer and entrepreneur took to Instagram to showcase the results while soaking up the sun, sand and music with friends during what appeared to be an exotic getaway. 

In one image, Karanikolaou showed off her noticeably slimmer silhouette by the pool in the briefest of black bikinis. 

Another snap captured the beauty perched on the pool’s edge, blowing an air kiss toward the camera. Elsewhere, Jenner’s longtime pal lounged in the sun in a tiny pink bikini, putting her toned frame on full display.

Karanikolaou’s closest confidante remains Jenner, 28, with the pair having met as teenagers and grown up side by side in the spotlight.

Over the years, they’ve appeared together on social media and partnered on business ventures, including their Kylie x Stassie makeup collaboration.

In an October 7 TikTok video, Karanikolaou disclosed that she had undergone Brazilian butt lift reduction surgery. 

‘I'm at the surgery recovery center recovering from this ass reduction,’ she shared.

‘I'm so comfortable, eating chicken tenders and French fries. I just got my pain medicine. It just kicked in, so I'm pretty comfortable. ‘From what I've seen, this ass looks nice, lifted, smaller,’ she added. ‘I'm so excited to be healed and to feel more comfortable in my skin.’

She followed up the next day with another video, expressing regret over having had the procedure in the first place. 

‘I wish I had someone that showed me the not-glamorized side of plastic surgery when I was younger and made this decision that I've actually been, for years, trying to reduce and fix. 

It's actually something that has made me more insecure and made me feel so inauthentic.’

Karanikolaou continued: ‘With that being said, I think anyone should do whatever they want to do with their bodies, whatever they choose. I just feel like this was a mistake I made super young and I shared my experience now because I'm hoping that I can help anyone.’ 

She encouraged followers to ‘do what makes you feel comfortable, not what you think that you should do.’

Speaking on her Better Half podcast in May, the influencer revealed she has undergone additional procedures in an effort to further reverse the effects. 

‘It is something that I regret and that I've been actively trying to fix for so long,’ she said. ‘I literally have another surgery in a few weeks to try and reduce the size of it even more.’ 

She added: ‘I did not realize at the time what I was signing up for. I wish that little me didn't feel the way I felt. ‘I felt just the pressure of the world that we live in and the trend of the times.

‘Do not surgically alter your body for a trend at a time because just know that the trend is only going to be relevant for a little bit.’

As for Bianca, she spent much of 2025 making headlines with pantyhose-centered looks, though she has kept a lower profile in recent months. 

Still, she and Kanye opted for a low-key Christmas Eve outing while his ex-wife Kim Kardashian spent the holiday with their four children. 

The couple were seen attending The Nutcracker ballet in Los Angeles. Kanye attempted to go incognito at the Dolby Theatre, keeping his hood up and wearing a face mask. 

Bianca left her face uncovered, instead arriving in a lavish white fur coat.

Eyewitnesses said the pair stayed for the full performance before slipping out quickly with a small entourage ahead of the final bows.
