She's enjoying a carefree trip to South Africa this week.

And Kelly Brook was making the most of her time in Cape Town this weekend as she enjoyed a boozy dance at a lunch spot before strolling along a picturesque beach.

The model, 46, was out for drinks and food with celebrity makeup artist Gemma Wheatcroft who was celebrating her birthday.

Gemma has been working on the current Love Island: All Stars series which is now filming in South Africa.

Kelly rocked a stylish leopard print dress for her day out as she shared videos to her Story dancing at the restaurant.

She then headed to the beach with her group of friends as she ran along the shore and shared fun selfies. 

Kelly had a busy end to 2025 as she took part in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 

Slim Fast ambassador Kelly lost a stone in just two weeks during her jungle stint and has channelled body positivity for some time.

Kelly recently revealed she was offered a weight-loss jab before heading into the jungle. 

Speaking on the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast, Kelly said: 'I was offered Mounjaro literally last week by a doctor. Isn't that insane?

She added: 'I said, 'What do I need that for?' 

He said 'everyone's on it' and I'm like 'Well, I'm not'. I said, 'What are the side effects?, he was like, 'There aren't any'. 

'There was a whole conversation, but I don't comply. He knows I don't comply because they try and give me all sorts of things. I know what I like.'

While discussing surgical procedures and tweakments, Kelly admitted she wasn't averse to some 'intervention' here and there, but she draws the line at using weight-loss jabs. 

Kelly missed out on a place in the I'm A Celeb final after becoming the fourth campmate to be voted off the show in December.

Following her exit, Kelly opened up about her alleged feud with Jack Osbourne and made the shocking claim that she was closest with him in the jungle.

She was the fourth contestant to be voted off the show after 18 days but during her first week fans noticed tension between her and the media personality.

The pair appeared to have a feud over cooking in the camp and Jack's older sister, Kelly Osbourne, hit out at Kelly branding her a 'bully' to her four million followers.

Telling the Daily Mail about her relationship with campmate Jack, Kelly has since said: 'Jack honestly, we get on so well.

'I probably got on with him the best out of everyone, like Jack, Martin and Vogue - they were my people in there.'

When asked about their tensions over the cooking in the first week, the actress said: 'I think what it is is that you're trying to find your place in the camp and your role in the camp, and we hadn't really given each other chores, or didn't really know what each each other were doing.

'So I just think that it was just Jack who was very much kind of like, he's been camping before. He's the adrenaline junkie guy, he knows the outdoors and he knows everything.

'And obviously at home, you know, I do a lot of cooking, and I do a lot of cleaning and that, for me, was going to kind of keep me going and keep me occupied.

'So when that was kind of taken away, it does make you a bit disorientated, because you're like, 'Well, if I'm not doing that, then what am I going to do?'

'And then in the end, I loved sitting back and watching people cook for me like it became, actually my greatest joy to look in that bag and go, 'Oh, okay, good luck with that.'

'It's funny how in the beginning you're so desperate to mimic what you do at home, and then the minute you get in there after a few days, you're like, 'Oh, I don't need to do that, because there's someone here that's maybe better at that than I am.''

Jack echoed her comments when his time to leave the jungle came days later.

He told The Sun: 'Kelly is not a bully at all. Kelly Brook is awesome. We had an absolutely fine friendship in camp. There was never anything, at least on my side. We were chill the whole time. We got on great, just like everyone.'

He added: 'I think it was just the protectiveness. I haven't seen the whole episodes yet, so I don't know what went out there, what was said.'

Unfortunately it did not come across like that on screen, with many fans speculating about how tensions were boiling over between the pair.
