Hilaria Baldwin defends 12-year-old daughter Carmen's clothing after she lip-synced raunchy Lana Del Rey song

Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria hit back at negative comments about their daughter Carmen's recent outfit. 

Hilaria lectured some of the critics with a five-minute, white-board presentation via her Instagram on Monday, defending the way her eldest child dresses. 

The 12-year-old tween had 'directed' a '#gossipgirl' Instagram video on Saturday featuring herself alongside her three-year-old sister Ilaria and four-year-old sister MariLu.

In the TikTok-like clip, Carmen wore a pearl body-chain over a white tank top and khaki skirt as her much younger siblings blew kisses at the camera.

'Come back to me, please,' the Glowing Up: Recipes co-author lip-synched along to Lana Del Rey's 2007 song Trash Magic (Miss America).

In the comments, Instagram user @beachgirl_dmv warned the 42-year-old mother-of-seven to 'protect' Carmen: 'Don't let her turn into a Kardashian. God bless.'

Hundreds of people liked comments from three other Instagram users outraged at Baldwin (born Hillary Lynn Hayward-Thomas) 'rushing' to 'let her look like a teenager.'

But the Dancing with the Stars contestant was most offended by the comment from Instagram user @jgh220 aka Janine Hahn which read: 'How on Earth do you let a 12 y/o dress like this ... EVERYTHING!'

Baldwin responded by accusing Hahn of being jealous about getting older and being 'pushed out' of the 'women prime' era into the 'old lady' stage of life.

'Yes, teach about predators, but ultimately women can do more harm to each other through this kind of comment because it's shaming and it's not inclusive,' the Boston-born culture vulture - who boasts 1.1 million social media followers - blasted.

'My kids are so safe wearing a tank top, skirt and tights. She's been wearing that her whole life. So why is it making you uncomfortable?'

The Baldwins stars enlist two nannies to help care for their seven children including son Rafael, 10; son Leonardo, 9; son Romeo, 7; and son Eduardo, 5.

The 67-year-old Oscar nominee is also grandfather to two-year-old granddaughter Holland through his 30-year-old daughter Ireland from his seven-year marriage to ex-wife Kim Basinger, which acrimoniously ended in 2002.
