Harry Styles made a rare comment about his relationship with Zoe Kravitz as he promoted his new single on Friday.
The singer, 31, is releasing a fourth studio album this year called Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally and will go on a 50-date tour to promote it.
The first single from the new album is called Aperture and Harry discussed it with Greg James on BBC Radio 1.
He cryptically made a comment about 'positive things' that have come into his life, likely a reference to Zoe who he was first linked to in August.
'I've had a lot of big realisations. I've generally opened up more to the world and allowing some more positive things to come into my life,' he said. 'That was the culmination of all that happening around the making of this record.
'It's always been a real celebration song and a big driver of the want to be back in rooms full of people. I'm very excited to be putting it out.'

During an appearance on Hits Radio the same day, Harry spoke about his upcoming tour.
He said: 'It feels really exciting [to be back]. It got to a point where I'd finished the album, I was living with it for a while and it was like OK the music's ready, I feel really excited about it.
'I'm excited to play it to people and that felt like a really good reason for the timing to be right for putting it out.'
And talking about setting the stage - Harry was asked did he really 'Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally.'
'It’s a life mantra! It’s unhealthy to disco all the time so loving and moving through your life with love and then taking a break every now and again to have some fun is a really good way to approach your life,' he said.
'And I feel like that's what I did for the last couple of years and it led to positive changes in my life so… You can probably stop [kissing] to eat and stuff - definitely an extended lunch break - and then right back to it… I spent a lot of time with Italians the last year or so and they’re kissing all the time so… it’s just art imitating life.'
Before he left Harry also shared some secrets about the tour planned for later this year. He said: 'The tour is just about having fun together and being together.
'The feeling of me up here and you guys down there is a lot of what this album has been about trying to remove I think.
'I've had a lot of big realisations. I've generally opened up more to the world and allowing some more positive things to come into my life,' he said (Zoe pictured in January 2026)
Zoe's musician father Lenny, 61, is reportedly very happy about their relationship and has been telling his friends that he thinks the couple are a 'great match'
Harry received support from Lenny after he announced he would be releasing his fourth studio album
'I want that to be the feeling with the tour as well. I want it to feel like I'm also here dancing with you, I’m here for the same thing that you’re here for…'
In September last year, Zoe and Harry were pictured out with her dad Lenny, suggesting their relationship was getting serious.
Around the same time it was also reported that they had met each other's friends.
Zoe's love life has been as widely-discussed as her career, with her new romance with Harry hitting headlines thanks to their cosy appearances.
Harry's blossoming relationship with Zoe has taken centre stage in recent months, but his career is now firmly back in the spotlight.
Harry has already received support from Lenny after he announced he would be releasing his fourth studio album.
Zoe's musician father Lenny, 61, is reportedly very happy about their relationship and has been telling his friends that he thinks the couple are a 'great match'.
Lenny was a notable name among other musicians, family and friends who wished Harry well after it was revealed he is making a comeback into the music industry.
Underneath an announcement shared on Harry's official Instagram account, Lenny showed his support by posting a red heart and a fist emoji.
According to an Us Weekly source, Lenny has said Harry and Zoe 'really make each other happy and have an easy-going relationship, like best friends who are dating'.
The source added: 'Zoe has maintained a lot of independence. Her family would joke that one of the reasons men would fall in love with her was because she kept an air of mystery and distance. With Harry, she is operating differently.'
Harry is making 50 stops in Amsterdam, London, São Paulo, Mexico City, New York, Melbourne and Sydney from May through December in 2026
'She's spent the past few months travelling with him and is content by his side as he works on his album. She is really enjoying herself and this moment with him. She loves creating and loves the process, and he loves having her there with him.'
Zoe has spoken about her relationship with her father and detailed how she moved in with Lenny when he broke up with her mother Lisa Bonet in 1991 when Zoe was just three and what life was like with the star.
Lenny and Lisa tied the knot in 1987 and welcomed Zoe, one year later, before their 1991 split and subsequent divorce in 1993.
In 2024, Zoe discussed her 'hurtful' choice to move in with her father after her parents' split. She initially lived with her mother in Santa Monica - and would be visited by her father as his career flourished.
'It was this whirlwind of a completely different universe,' she recalled, adding that she was intrigued by Lenny's fast-paced world - a world she has since adopted since finding her own fame in both directing and acting.
For the first time in three years, Harry will make his long-awaited return to London's Wembley Arena for six nights.
Lucky fans will be able to watch the superstar perform in London on June 12, 13, 17, 19, 20 and 23.
He is making 50 stops in Amsterdam, London, São Paulo, Mexico City, New York, Melbourne and Sydney from May through December in 2026.
Harry is kicking off his comeback tour in Amsterdam on May 16 and will wrap up in Sydney, Australia.
Throughout his tour he will be joined by special guests including Robyn, Shania Twain, Fcukers, Jorja Smith, Jamie xx, Fousheé, and Skye Newman.
