Harrison Ford proved he still remains spry and active at the age of 83 when he was glimpsed catching a bit of exercise this week.

The Star Wars and Indiana Jones icon, who is also known as an avid aviator, opted for a different mode of transportation Monday and hopped aboard a bicycle.

Having retained his athletic build well into his ninth decade, he slipped into a short-sleeved shirt and a pair of spandex shorts for his latest workout session.

Warding off the California rays with a pair of sunglasses, the Air Force One star rounded off his ensemble with a pair of black sneakers.

He made sure to keep an eye to his safety, popping on a black helmet and a pair of gloves before he climbed onto his bicycle.

Ford is maintaining his fitness regimen alongside a still busy career, with the next season of his show Shrinking slated to premiere next Wednesday.

Streaming on Apple TV+, Shrinking led by Jason Segel who plays a newly widowed therapist attempting to cope with his loss.

Ford features on the program as an older therapist suffering from Parkinson's disease, amid a cast that includes Scrubs alumna Christa Miller and 2 Dope Queens co-host Jessica Williams.

Last year was also a packed year for Ford professionally, with the broadcast of the final season of his Yellowstone spin-off 1923, starring him opposite Helen Mirren.

In his leisure time, he has a famed passion for flying planes, although his longtime love affair with aviation has not proceeded entirely without incident

He was investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration in 2020 after mishearing an air traffic controller's advice while landing at Hawthorne, California, via the New York Times.

'No one was injured and there was never any danger of a collision,' his publicist Ina Treciokas pointed out after the incident.

Three years earlier, he was made to undergo awareness training after he made an error and flew over a commercial jet holding 100 passengers before landing onto a taxiway at Santa Ana's John Wayne Airport.

Ford previously crashed onto a golf course in 2015 after suffering an engine problem, and an eyewitness told NBC he 'saved several lives' by managing not to bring the plane down on the suburban buildings just '20 to 30 yards' away.

On the personal front, the Blade Runner legend is happily married to his third wife Calista Flockhart, 61, whom he exchanged vows with in 2010.

They met at the 2002 Golden Globes, and by the following year, they were living together and Ford announced he was 'in love' with her to Hello! magazine.

'Romantic love is one of the most exciting and fulfilling kinds of love and I think there is a potential for it at any stage of your life,' he said.

'I was not surprised that I was able to fall in love, and I wasn't surprised that I did,' added the Indiana Jones icon, who was then 60.

Calista remarked then that their age gap 'doesn't faze me. Sometimes I even say: "Wow, I keep forgetting that he's 22 years older than me."'

She insisted: 'It doesn't factor into our relationship at all. I like the way he looks first thing in the morning. It's not handsome, it's more cute. He looks like a little boy.'

Notably, Ford and Flockhart have never worked together onscreen despite having been romantically involved with one another for over two decades.

'That's just the circumstantial reality where we haven't been offered something where we'd work together,' he told Us Weekly in February of last year, while clarifying that he would 'love to' work with her.
