Braxton Berrios breaks silence after Alix Earle split and Tom Brady rumors as producer reveals breakup will play out in new reality TV show

Braxton Berrios has finally acknowledged his breakup with ex-girlfriend Alix Earle and the fallout from her alleged New Year's Eve dalliance with Tom Brady.

'I'm doing great,' the Houston Texans wide receiver, 30, told the Daily Mail in an exclusive interview at the 2026 Pegasus World Cup on Saturday.

The Miami event marked the NFL star's first red carpet since his very public split last year.

In December, Earle confirmed that their two-year relationship was over as she broke the news in a teary TikTok video after weeks of rumors they were on the rocks.

'I want him to have someone with him 24-7 who can support him and be there for him,' the social media star, 25, explained in the heartfelt video.

'I love Braxton, he's my best friend, so it has been very difficult as we're trying to just go forward with this.'

Braxton Berrios exclusively told the Daily Mail at 2026 Pegasus World Cup that he is doing 'really great' following his split from Alix Earle

Earle, 25, announced in December that she and Berrios, 30, had called time on their two year relationship (pictured together in February 2024)

The exes were on good terms and continued to follow each other online at the time.

However, an insider previously told the Daily Mail that Berrios was holding out hope that they would get back together.

The source said: 'He misses her and the most perfect scenario would be to be back with her, but along with the distance, they would have to figure a few things out before entertaining any type of reconciliation.'

Later that month, Earle went on a star-studded trip to St. Barts for New Year's and, while there, went viral for sharing a steamy moment with Brady on the dance floor.

The Dancing with the Stars alum was recorded rubbing the retired Super Bowl champ's back and whispering in his ear, sparking dating rumors between the two.

Berrios - who was teammates with Brady, 48, on the New England Patriots in 2018 and had once gushed about the star quarterback - unfollowed Earle after the video.

The Daily Mail jokingly asked him on Saturday whether he no longer supports the Patriots, and Berrios took the remark in stride with a big laugh and quipped: 'Stop.'

Although Earle and Brady are not dating, an insider recently told us that it 'isn't far-fetched that this could develop into something.'

Days later, Earle was spotted getting handsy with Tom Brady at a party in St. Barts to ring in the New Year

Earlier this month, the TikTok star and Fox Sports host both attended the College Football National Championship showdown between Miami Hurricanes and Indiana Hoosiers. However, they were seated separately as Brady was on the sidelines.

Earle turned heads, though, as she took a selfie with Jordon Hudson, the girlfriend of former Patriots coach Bill Belichick, who is still close pals with Brady.

Fans of Earle - who boasts 8.3 million followers on TikTok and 5.4 million on Instagram - will soon get to follow her life even more closely, as she announced last week that she has landed a new reality show on Netflix

Hospitality mogul David Grutman, who is executive producing the series through his company DGN Studios in partnership with Evan Rosenfeld, gave the Daily Mail exclusive insight.

'We all know Alix and Ash [her sister Ashton Earle], but the rest of the family is on another level, you're going to love the dynamic with everybody,' he said.

Grutman, 51, admitted that it 'took a lot of convincing' for the Earles to get on board and that the entire project had been 'years in the making' but said: 'I think now's a great time and we're so excited about this one.'

Earle herself poked fun at the hesitation her family felt about broadcasting their personal lives on a global streaming service.

She joked in the announcement teaser: 'Dad. It's gonna be fun. It's gonna be fine. I mean, what's the worst that could happen?'

Grutman told the Daily Mail exclusively that the Earles have already 'started filming' and that they are putting it all out there from the very 'first episode.'

When asked whether Earle's recent breakup will make it on the series, the Groot Hospitality founder shared: 'It's a show about her life and their lives so I think it's all going to be there.'

The unnamed unscripted series is set to premiere sometime later this year on Netflix.
