Adam Schweitzer Officially Joins WME

Adam Schweitzer has joined WME as a senior partner in the talent department, based in New York. He comes to the agency from CAA, where he was a senior talent agent for the last three years, bringing many of his award-winning clients to the agency with him.

Prior to CAA, Schweitzer was the Managing Director and Board Member of ICM Partners where he oversaw both the talent and branding departments. Schweitzer began his career at ICM as an assistant in 2000 and rose through the ranks. Schweitzer was also a founding partner in the agency’s 2012 management buyout.

“WME has built an incredible culture alongside a business that encourages collaboration and is best suited to support talent in today’s market,” said Schweitzer. “I’m looking forward to this next chapter, both for myself and my clients.”

Clients joining Schweitzer at WME include: Academy Award winner Cillian Murphy, Golden Globe nominee Rebecca Ferguson, Two-time Academy Award winner Christoph Waltz, Golden Globe winner Rachel Zegler, Golden Globe nominee Cooper Hoffman, Academy Award nominee Hong Chau, Golden Globe nominee Sir Patrick Stewart, BAFTA winner Tom Hollander, Cannes Best Actress winner Diane Kruger, BAFTA winner Paddy Considine, Emmy Award winner Hank Azaria, Two-time Academy Award winner Dianne Wiest, Jim Sturgess, Tony Award winner Nina Arianda, and screenwriter Emily Ziff Griffin.
