Tobey Maguire Scales Wall With Beer in Hand While Out With Mystery Girl, on Video

Tobey Maguire's just your friendly neighborhood wall jumper ... leaping over a fence in a single bound -- with what appears to be an adult beverage at his side.

We've got video of the "Spider-Man" star arriving home in Los Angeles late at night with a mystery date ... and having some apparent trouble with his gate.

Check it out ... after a couple failed attempts to let himself into the yard, Tobey's date for the evening -- clad in some tight pants and a tiny crop top -- throws her leg over the short wall and pulls herself to the other side.

She and TM seem to talk for a moment ... before he sets the bottle and cup in his hand on the wall, rips his vape and takes a crack at the barrier -- and, you best believe he's still got those Spidey skills from way back in the day.

In one fluid motion, he's up and over the wall ... then he collects his drink and melts into the night -- ready to make a few more acrobatic maneuvers with his pal, if you catch our drift.

Maguire's clearly still got great power in those legs, and we hope he uses them responsibly ... we don't want the star breaking an ankle after all!
