Tim Minchin Joins Matt Lucas, Parker Little, Kylie Cantrall & David Wenham In Voice Cast Of Animated Feature ‘Zac Power’

EXCLUSIVE: Australian actor, comedian and musician Tim Minchin (The Artful Dodger) has joined Matt Lucas, Parker Little, Kylie Cantrall and David Wenham in the voice cast of animated feature Zac Power, with Studio 100 handling international sales at the upcoming European Film Market.

Based on the popular Australian book series, the kids movie sees a top teen spy’s status threatened by a new agent. After his careless actions let a villain steal advanced tech, he must face his shortcomings and work with his competitor.

Studio 100 will have a teaser trailer to show buyers on the ground in Berlin. Pic is produced by studios Flying Bark Productions and Cheeky Little Media in association with Pixel Zoo Animation Studios, and it’s directed by Alexs Stadermann (Maya the Bee: The Honey Games) and David Webster (Kangaroo Beach).

Paramount Pictures is handling distribution in Australia and New Zealand. Production investment comes from Screen Australia in association with the Australian Children’s Television Foundation (ACTF). Post, digital and visual effects are supported by Screen NSW and Screen Queensland.
