Southern Charm’s Madison LeCroy Addresses Sai De Silva Drama After BravoCon Fight
Craig Conover isn’t interested in this intimate charm.
In E! News’ exclusive first look at episode seven of Southern Charm’s 11th season, the OG cast member draws a fine line in his connection with Salley Carson.
In the clip, the costars—who have been sparking dating rumors since last February—are shopping together when Salley, 30, admits that she’s grown fond of him.
“Me and you have obviously gotten to be really good friends. But I’ve been kind of catching some feelings,” she explained. “I’m saying I like you. I can date you.”
Stunned by her confession, Craig, 36, admitted, “I just don’t see it. We’re just friends.”
The Bachelor in Paradise alum then pointed out a few standout moments from their blossoming friendship, including when they bonded in the hot tub during the Bravo show’s fifth episode in December.
“If you don’t see yourself being in a relationship or moving down that path, then why are you and me hanging out in a hot tub until 4am?” she asked, to which he replied, “I was like, ‘Oh, cool. Maybe we might do something, maybe this might go somewhere.’ But then, it didn’t.”
Still standing by their friendship status, Craig—whose three-year romance with Paige DeSorbo ended in late 2024—noted in the confessional he had “never been in this situation before where a girl really thought I liked her and I didn’t."
The way he sees it, “Sally is reading into our interactions in a fantasy way.”
But despite his viewpoint of their dynamic, Salley seemed determined to find a spark between them.
“You’ve been hitting only for three weeks,” she noted. “I’m not making this up in my head. I’m not f--king delusional.”
Craig added, “I just don’t think I’m meeting the threshold of leading anyone on. But I also have no problem with just being friends with you.”
Find out how their conversation unfolds when episode seven of Southern Charm premieres Jan. 14. Until then, keep reading for a closer look at the entire cast…
