Sex and the City actor Evan Handler and CNN broadcaster Christiane Amanpour were spotted courtside at the Australian Open in Melbourne on Sunday.

The pair were seen in the stands, seated with Tennis Australia director Chris Harrop and former singles champ and retired Liberal politician John Alexander.

The A-listers joined the crowd to watch Aussie star Alex De Minaur defeat Alexander Bublik of Kazakhstan in the fourth round of the Men's Singles.

Handler, 65, who played the character of Harry Goldenblatt in the HBO hit, dressed for the mild summer weather in a black tee and a beige overshirt.

The well-tanned star, sporting his familiar shaved head, accessorised with a chic set of black-rimmed tinted eyewear.

Amanpour, 68, who was seen sharing a joke with Aussie tennis great Alexander, sported a stylish white jacket she left unzipped.

Wearing her hair in an attractive bob, the award-winning journalist accessorised with a gold necklace and a pair of large glasses.

Aussie tennis chief Chris Harrop, who was seen at one point deep in conversation with the Sex and the City star, wore a dark Ralph Lauren polo jacket paired with a white shirt.

Meanwhile, 1977 Davis Cup winner John Alexander, 74, showed off his casual style in a red shirt he matched with a grey suit coat.

All four VIPs brandished their A-list IDs on the official Australian Open lanyards.

It comes after a Sex And The City reunion was the feature at the star-studded Golden Eve event in Los Angeles earlier this month.

The Beverly Hilton bash honoured SATC lead Sarah Jessica Parker with the Carol Burnett Golden Globe ahead of the main Golden Globes awards ceremony.

Kristin Davis, who played Charlotte on the beloved show and its spin-off And Just Like That, was delighted to see her on-screen husband Evan on the red carpet.

The two cosied up for snaps, with Kristin, 60, looking gorgeous in a chic black gown.

Kristin and Evan also joined up with Sarah, 60, and their co-star David Eigenberg, 61, who starred as Miranda's love interest Steve.

In November, Sex And The City fans delighted in a reunion between Kristin and Kyle MacLachlan, 23 years after their on-screen marriage came to an end in the fourth season of the show.

Kristin took to TikTok to share a hilarious video showing her embarking on the video site's latest trend with Kyle, 66, who played Charlotte's first husband Trey MacDougal.

The video sees Kyle take on the role of singing 4 Non Blondes’ 1993 hit What’s Up before Kristin launches into Nicki’s 2012 tune Beez in the Trap, with the camera panning around them in a circular motion.

Sex And The City ran from 1998 to 2004 with 94 episodes across six series.

The franchise also spawned two movies, in 2008 and 2010.

Spin-off series And Just Like That ran for three seasons, from 2021 to 2025.

Kim Cattrall did not return for the spin-off.
