Former paparazzo-turned-Geelong mayor Darryn Lyons is lightening his property load, quietly putting about AUD $6 million worth of real estate on the market.
Earlier this month, Daily Mail reported the eccentric media personality known as 'Mr Paparazzi' had launched an expression-of-interest campaign on his all-pink bolt hole at The Horizon in Sydney's Darlinghurst.
Now, it's been revealed that the former Big Brother UK star has listed another of his luxury properties - a sprawling beachfront mansion in far north Queensland.
The home, listed for offers over AUD $2.5 million, is described as having undergone a 'massive price reduction', suggesting an urgency to sell.
However, speaking to Realestate.com.au, Darryn said the reason for the offloading is quite simple: he has moved abroad and is focusing on travel opportunities.
'I do sometimes wonder why I'm selling - but this home deserves someone who can truly inhabit it,' he told the publication.

Indeed Darryn, who rose to fame in the UK as the owner of photo agency Big Pictures, has been clocking up serious time overseas lately.
The self-styled travel vlogger has been enjoying time in Thailand this week, exploring the sights of Chiang Rai.
Meanwhile, the Queensland property is a contemporary, architecturally designed beachfront home.
Boasting four bedrooms, the home features ensuites and private balconies for every room, with two overlooking the ocean and two facing the rainforest.
Open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas are filled with natural light and flow out to a wet-edge pool that appears to merge with the Coral Sea.
There is a glazed steam room by the pool and an upper-level deck accessed by a footbridge, offering elevated views across the pool, garden and ocean.
Two large sculptures depicting gorillas also sit on the back deck.
Previously run as a successful holiday let, the property can be enjoyed as a luxury retreat or full-time residence.

'It's a luxurious observation home for the natural world,' he said. Every space is designed to frame what's outside - the ocean, the rainforest, the sky, the light. You don't live beside nature here, you live inside it,' Darryn said.
News of Darryn's property hitting the market comes just a week after it was reported he is also trying to offload his apartment at The Horizon.
Located in the iconic Harry Seidler-designed tower, Lyons' fully renovated two-bedder has been dubbed 'Sydney's sexiest apartment'.
The extravagant pad features an eye-popping pink colour scheme, risqué artwork and lavish fittings including a pink bathtub, crystal light fixtures and ceiling mirrors in both boudoirs.
Darryn bought the luxury flat off the plan in 1998 for AUD $604,000.
But it isn't just property that Darryn has been offloading - he put his risqué art collection under the hammer back in late 2024 ahead of his move abroad.
The auction saw 246 items, worth thousands of dollars, go under the hammer including a glamorous 'throne' which once had the eye of Michael Jackson.
'[The throne] was part of a pair and Michael Jackson had bought the other one,' he told the Herald Sun at the time.

The sell-off comes after Darryn was hit with a costly tax setback overseas.
In 2023, a UK tax tribunal ruled against him in a long-running dispute with HM Revenue & Customs.
It left him liable for more than £1 million (AUD 1.9 million) in capital gains tax tied to the sale of UK properties during the 2012–13 financial year.
The case hinged on his residency status at the time of the sales, with the tribunal finding he was subject to UK tax - a decision that ultimately went against him.
