Amazon MGM has finally announced new details about additional cast members in Sophie Turner’s highly anticipated Tomb Raider series. It was previously announced that major stars such as Jason Isaacs and Sigourney Weaver had joined the cast, and Amazon has now confirmed that Isaacs will be playing Lara’s uncle, Atlas DeMornay. This has been heavily speculated since his casting late last year. Amazon MGM has also revealed that The Mandalorian and Grogu star Sigourney Weaver will be playing Evelyn Wallis, a mysterious, high-flying woman who is keen to exploit Lara’s talent. Sounds like Weaver will be one of the bad guys in Tomb Raider.
