Pink was seen for the first time since revealing two weeks earlier that she underwent neck surgery. 

The 46-year-old songstress - who offered the health update from a hospital bed in a New Year's Eve post - was spotted grabbing a bite to eat during a relaxing outing in New York City on Wednesday. 

The Raise Your Glass hitmaker recently shared to her 11.5 million Instagram followers that she got 'two new shiny discs' before humorously adding that 'Rock 'n' roll is a contact sport.'

Pink - whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore - was stylishly casual as she picked up breakfast in the bustling city. 

She sported a pair of black trousers with white floral details as well as a black jacket and comfy boots. 

The performer sipped on fresh orange juice while carrying a small to-go box in her hand while crossing a street. 

It comes after she shared a post with a message to her fans before ringing in 2026 which included a selfie of herself resting in a hospital bed. 

She flashed a cheerful smile towards the camera while a white bandage could be seen on her neck.

'I want to say Happy New Year's to everyone,' Pink penned in the caption. 'I am so happy to say goodbye to the snake year and welcome in the horse. I am leaving behind all of my hurt in 2025.'

The Try hitmaker reflected on motherhood and the 'business of loving my children and helping them to follow their dreams. Showing them that life is an adventure or nothing at all.'

She also got candid about putting focus on her health and 'fixing my body.'

'It may not be a fancy Face lift, but I am getting two new shiny discs in my neck. A new scar, a new reminder, that I appreciate this vessel that I have and use it for all it's worth. Rock 'n' roll is a contact sport.' 

Pink revealed that her family was having a blast snowboarding as she spent time in the hospital recovering.

'I know that 2026 is going to be better because that is the choice that I have made,' she further expressed. 

In conclusion, the star explained that in the new year she would also focus more on staying positive. 

'Happy new year and may you experience more joy than sorrow, more sunshine than rain, more love than hatred. Let's shed that old snake skin. And find our horsepower.' 

Pink did not dive into further details into what prompted her to have the surgery and what symptoms she may have possibly been experiencing. 

ACDF (anterior cervical discectomy and fusion) surgery consists of 'a procedure that relieves pain caused by pinched nerves in your neck,' according to Cleveland Clinic.

During a conversation with Rolling Stone last year, the mom-of-two talked about performing on stage and how she 'sings hard.' 

'But it's funny when I do a show I have two-and-a-half hours and 25 songs and I've never lip-synced a day in my life, and I'm a screamer, like I sing hard,' she told the outlet. 

She will drink organic Throat Coat tea to help her when it comes to her vocals and hitting the stage. 

'I live on Throat Coat, which is a really boring thing to say. But I tell every singer - all my young theater kids right now - I'm just trying to get them acclimated to the taste.'

Pink tied the knot with motocross racer Carey Hart in 2006 and the couple are parents to Willow, 13, and Jameson, nine. 

The singer previously reflected to People how she did not initially think she would ever become a mother. 

'I did not know I was going to have a family. I didn't picture that for myself because I was terrified I would be a terrible mother,' she candidly admitted to the outlet in 2023. 

'But, oh my God, being a mom is the most incredible thing I've ever done. It's shocking how responsible I've become.' 

The Just Give Me A Reason performer's daughter has started to follow in her mother's footsteps by embracing a passion for singing. 

Willow has sang with her mom on stage in the past, such as at Pink's Carnival Tour in 2023 when they belted out lyrics to Cover Me In Sunshine. 

They once again performed together by singing What About Us at the 2024 Democratic National Convention. 

'She's got a voice, man. She's a little bird. She wants to do Broadway and then be a trauma surgeon,' Pink sweetly gushed to People that same year. 

The star further added that the teenager - who started high school last year - is a big fan of musical theater. 'I'm trying to get her to spread her wings a little bit.'
