Paris Jackson turned heads while exiting the star-studded W Magazine party at the famed Chateau Marmont on Saturday night.

The 27-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson dazzled in a daring black mini dress with a plunging neckline that looked runway-ready.

Her sandy blonde hair was swept into a messy bun, highlighting her striking features and effortless beauty.

But it was her leggy display that stole the show, the thigh-skimming hem flaunting her statuesque figure with every step.

Jackson mingled with Hollywood heavyweights including Jennifer Lopez, Sydney Sweeney and Kaye Hudson, making the event feel like a who’s who of Tinseltown.

The glamorous outing came shortly after Paris spoke candidly about her six-year journey to sobriety, reflecting on the changes that have shaped her life.

Ahead of her sixth sobriety anniversary, she opened up about the journey in an Instagram post.

‘Getting sober ain't always the indication that life is perfect,’ she wrote last week. ‘A few years in it all got very, very hard for what felt like an eternity. And I didn't have the same survival skills I was used to having to cope. I had to learn to live life on life's terms.’

She also revealed her ongoing struggles with major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and complex post-traumatic stress disorder.

‘Treatment-resistant, major depressive disorder is a bi***. So is CPSTD and OCD,’ she said. ‘If you've got this s***, or anything of the sort, you're not alone. Hang in there and if no one's told you they love you today, I love you.’

The Instagram post comes nearly two months after Paris Jackson revealed one of the lasting effects her years of drug use took on her body in a social media video.

In a clip reposted by a TikTok fan account, she admitted she had a hole in the middle of her nose caused by drug use.

‘I realized I never addressed this and it can sometimes be very noticeable,’ Jackson said. ‘I have a really loud whistle because you can hear it when I breathe through my nose and that is because I have what is called a perforated septum.’

She then gave fans a closer look by shining her cell phone flashlight inside her nostril, revealing a tunnel between the nostrils visible on camera.

Jackson explained that the ‘whistle’ sound could even be heard in a previous video she had shared online.

A perforated septum, according to the Cleveland Clinic, is a hole in the tissue that separates the nostrils, known as the septum, which is made up of bone, cartilage and soft tissue.

It can be caused by inhaling cocaine or other drugs, but may also result from excessive use of nasal sprays, injuries, exposure to chemicals, infections, autoimmune conditions, or tumors.

Jackson, who has been open about her past drug use, hinted at the cause of her condition: ‘it’s exactly where you think it’s from,’ adding that she has been living with it for around seven years, since she was about 20.

Toward the end of the video, she looked into the camera and warned, ‘Don’t do drugs kids.’

But she didn’t stop there, clarifying: ‘Or do [use drugs], I mean, everyone is going to have the experience they need to have with life. I’m not going to tell anyone what to do.’

She added, ‘I don’t recommend it because it ruined my life.’

Jackson said she had been hesitant to undergo surgery to repair the perforation, fearing the after-effects could trigger a relapse. ‘You have to take pills when you do a surgery that gnarly,’ she shared. ‘And I don’t want to f*** with that.’

The Instagram post comes nearly two months after Paris Jackson revealed one of the lasting effects her years of drug use took on her body in a social media video

In January 2025, she marked five years clean from drugs and alcohol, admitting she had battled a heroin addiction.

‘hi, i’m pk and i’m an alcoholic and a heroin addict,’ she wrote on social media. ‘today marks 5 years clean & sober from all drugs and alcohol. to say that i’m thankful would be a poor euphemism. gratitude hardly scratches the surface. it’s because i’m sober that i get to smile today.’

She continued, ‘i get to make music. i get to experience the joy of loving my dogs and cat. i get to feel heartbreak in all it’s glory. i get to grieve. i get to laugh. i get to dance. i get to trust. i feel the sun on my skin and it’s warm. i’ve found that life keeps happening regardless of whether i’m sober or not, but today i get to show up for it.’

Jackson has previously spoken about her struggles with drug use and depression, telling Rolling Stone in 2017 that some of her tattoos conceal both track marks from her past drug use and self-harm scars.
