Meanwhile, Nicole Kidman will play Lace, the mediator between Margo and her ex-boyfriend Mark, who was formerly her English Teacher.

After a massive seven-way bidding war, Paramount+ acquired the legal thriller Discretion from A24 with a straight-to-series order for eight episodes (via Variety). The executive producers include Chandler Baker, Nicole Kidman, Elle Fanning, and Susannah Grant, among others. Baker will write the scripts, and Kidman and Fanning will star.

Few details are available about the story, but it will adapt a yet-to-be-published short story inspired by her time as a corporate lawyer, negotiating hundreds of NDAs a year. Grant has described this as her dream project with her dream team and dream partners on Instagram. Nicole Kidman, Dakota Fanning, and the rest of the cast are expected to start filming Discretion in 2026.
