EXCLUSIVE: Netflix has announced that In the Moment, its third special from British comedian Mo Gilligan, is set to premiere on the streamer on February 3.

In the special, the Londoner dishes on fame, family and being British in America. Coming on the heels of Mo Gilligan: There’s Mo to Life and Mo Gilligan: Momentum, the show was filmed at the O2 Arena in London.

Chris Howe directed the hour, with Gilligan exec producing alongside David Geli and Pollyanna McGirr.

In 2026, Gilligan is also set to unveil a new Netflix feature doc, details of which are being kept under wraps, other than that it explores a new side to him.

“Netflix has supported me from the very beginning of my career, so I’m incredibly proud to announce a new content partnership with them,” said Gilligan.

Added the comic, “From taking my comedy global to pushing myself creatively in ways I never have before, this partnership marks my biggest moment yet. Grateful for the journey. Ready for what’s next. Let’s go 2026.”

A triple BAFTA winner named The Funniest Man in Britain by The Times, Gilligan’s debut stand-up tour was a total sell-out, featuring a two-week residency in London’s West End. The show was recorded as his debut Netflix Original Momentum, and in 2021, he went back on tour with There’s Mo to Life, which achieved another total sell-out run, including 10 dates at the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo and an O2 Arena show. The Netflix special emerging from that tour was released in 2022.

Gilligan has also been seen on The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan, The Big Narstie Show, The Masked Singer, and The Masked Dancer UK. He launched the podcast Mo Gilligan: Beginning, Middle and End in 2024 and is repped by CAA, UTC Artist Management, and Davis Law Group.
