The former Love Island star, 35, was braving the UK's freezing temperatures this week as she stocked up on some essentials.

She showed off her smooth and flawless complexion while stepping out looking a little downcast.

She wrapped up warm in a brown fur coat and carried an M&S shopping bag on her arm.

Maura is usually fully glammed up for her red carpet events and sultry Instagram pictures.

The relaxed outing comes just after she sent temperatures soaring as she took a dip in an outdoor hot tub during her £380-a-night girls' cabin retreat in Cumbria on Monday.

The former Love Island star, 35, was braving the UK's freezing temperatures this week as she stocked up on some essentials

The Irish TV personality looked incredible as she stripped down to a skimpy white bra while posing up a storm at her luxury log cabin.

Maura teamed the look with an ivory faux-fur hat and matching gloves from Alo, captioning the post 'Defrosting' alongside a snowflake emoji.

In another vintage-style snap, the star flashed a glimpse of her tanned and toned legs as she rustled up food in the kitchen.

She also shared a photo collage showing her making the most of the cosy getaway, from relaxing by the wood-burning fire and baking cinnamon buns to flashing her peachy bottom in skimpy knit shorts.

Rounding off the update, Maura treated herself and her pals to a bespoke grazing table and proudly showed off her freshly baked cinnamon buns, complete with a generous drizzle of icing.

Her trip came after Maura recently revealed the secret to maintaining her amazing abs - and she still gets to eat pizza and pasta.

Taking part in a Q&A last month, she was asked: 'How did you get those abs?'

She responded saying: 'No secret just balance and consistency. I eat clean most of the time but I never restrict myself from the foods I love i.e. Pasta/Pizza!!

Maura has just returned home after a £380-a-night girls' cabin retreat in Cumbria over the festive period

'Lots of Pilates and yoga have made a huge difference to my body. Iv finally found what works best for me. It's taken a lot of hard work but it's all about finding what feels good for your body.'

In another question, someone asked her: 'When are you free to be wined and dined?' to which she responded: 'I wine and dine myself.'

With that, she shared a snap enjoying a big bowl of pasta and a glass of red wine as she proved she does, in fact, sometimes treat herself.

Recently, Maura said she 'wants to be in the best shape of her life' as she has a number of exciting projects this year.

She said: 'I've honestly been working my (tiny) ass off in the gym the last few months! It's not been easy but this is the best I've felt in such a long time!!'

It's not all down to exercise, as Maura has ditched the junk food during the week.

She has said: 'At the weekends I eat what I want and during the week I obviously try my best to eat healthier foods.'

The star enjoys healthy meals such as eggs, tuna and avocado during the week, and treats herself to pasta, red wine, Domino's and McDonald's at the weekends.

Maura has credited her sister Louise, who is a personal trainer, for helping her achieve her chiseled abs by teaching her about healthy eating and how to stay fit.

She said: 'I'm not a nutritionist or anything like that but I do have a good enough diet and stay as clean as possible, but then I still have whatever I want.

'Lots of you are talking about abs which is a funny one really because we all actually have abs, it's just the body fat obviously is covering our abs.'
