The makeup mogul stole the show in her revealing metallic gown that left little to the imagination.
Jenner also mingled with the A list as Jennifer Lawrence and Elle Fanning greeted her like she, too, was a big actress.
The Los Angeles native clutched onto Chalamet's Golden Globe award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy, for his turn in Marty Supreme.
The reality TV icon held the gold trophy like it was her very own, with the prized award already engraved with the actor's name at the bottom.
Before he picked up his big win for his starring role in Marty Supreme, Chalamet was a dutiful boyfriend to Jenner as he held her hand, put his arm around her and kissed her on the lips for the world to see.

In his acceptance speech, the New Yorker called Jenner his 'partner' adding that he 'loved' her which drove fans wild.
Chalamet also proclaimed his love for Jenner as he picked up the Best Actor accolade at this year's Critics Choice Awards.
The 30-year-old star saw off competition from One Battle After Another's Leonardo DiCaprio, Train Dreams star Joel Edgerton, Blue Moon's Ethan Hawke, Sinners' Michael B Jordan and The Secret Agent star Wagner Moura to triumph at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.
After praising his team, his fellow nominees, and his Marty Supreme director, Josh Safdie, in his acceptance speech, Chalamet turned his attentions to his partner.
He said: 'And lastly, I'll just say, thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.'
In the audience, Kylie, 28, could be seen mouthing back: 'I love you, too.'
The romantic moment came after the couple had kissed when it was announced Chalamet had scored victory.

Earlier in his speech, Chalamet thanked Safdie for creating a 'dream' role for him.
He told him: 'Thanks for crafting a role and a story.
'You know, Josh, you made a story about a flawed man with a relatable dream, and you didn't preach to the audience about what's right and wrong. I think we should all be telling stories like that. Thank you for this dream.'
Marty Supreme tells the story of US table tennis player and shoe salesman Marty Reisman, who dreams of triumphing in the British Open and defeating defending Hungarian champion Bela Kletzki.
