Kai Gayoso, Eman Redwan & Jared Cotter Named Managing Partners At Range

EXCLUSIVE: Range Media Partners has promoted three to Managing Partner: Kai Gayoso and Eman Redwan of Range Digital, and Jared Cotter of Range Music.

This marks the first time in the company’s five-year history that multiple people have been upped to Managing Partner in one year, following the promotions of Range Music’s Chris Thomas in 2023 and Head of Endorsements Carol Goll in 2024.

As Co-Heads of Range Digital, Gayoso and Redwan have led the division to 170% growth year over year, overseeing a team of 22 executives closing over $120M in deals in 2025. With a highly curated roster across Beauty & Lifestyle, Gaming, Culinary, and Fashion, Range’s Digital division focuses on building sustainable careers for its clients by providing tailored content strategies, securing brand partnerships, and incubating high-growth, long-term businesses for valuable equity upsides.

Gayoso joined Range as a Partner in 2023, overseeing the launch of the Digital division. He came over from Meta, where he led their foray into monetization globally and oversaw the emerging talent vertical for the partnerships team. Working at UTA prior to that, his track record of helping clients incubate new businesses includes teaming with Brooklyn Peltz Beckham to co-found Cloud23, a CPG and hot sauce company sold in Whole Foods across the country, and working with Valkyrae to launch the anime-inspired media company HiHi Studios. Other notable clients include Yesly Dimate, Julia Mervis, and Harper Carroll, to name just a few. Notably, Gayoso also last year conceived of and launched Range’s Awareness Creation division, a next-gen audience marketing service that has become a go-to resource for studios aiming to reach the elusive Gen Z/Alpha audiences — Neon and Warner Bros., among them.

Redwan joined Range as Partner and Co-Head of Digital in 2022, bringing more than 15 years of experience across digital media, branding, and marketing. An early pioneer in the evolution of the digital and creator economy, who has been a leading advocate for women in the space, she previously served as a digital agent at UTA and CAA, following an early career as an advertising executive at CBS Radio. Redwan’s roster includes notable creators including Desi Perkins, Monet McMichael, Kristy Sarah, Kamie Crawford, Abbie Herbert, Eloise Dufka, Christina Nadin, Shayla Mitchell, and Jasmine Brown, among others. She’s often among the first calls for brands in the beauty and lifestyle space seeking long-term creator partnerships, and beyond securing marquee campaigns and top-tier brand deals — contributing to nearly one-third of Range Digital’s representation revenue — has helped clients build scalable, category-defining businesses across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, podcasts, and television. In addition to her client work, she has been instrumental in growing and mentoring the digital team, developing the next generation of managers, and playing a hands-on role in signing and scaling new talent across the roster.

Cotter joined Range Music in 2022 as VP of A&R, before getting promoted to Partner and then Managing Partner of Range Music in each subsequent year. A former songwriter, he previously co-founded creative management, media and production company The Heavy Group, overseeing the rise of pop star Bazzi. At Range, Cotter has worked with clients including Shaboozey — an artist managed with Abas Pauti, known for his unique country/rap crossover sound — and Paul Russell, who respectively found smash hits in “Tipsy (A Bar Song)” and “Lil Boo Thang.” Shaboozey’s “Tipsy (A Bar Song)” held the unique distinction of being tied for the longest running #1 in Billboard Hot 100 history through most of last year, while also crowning him as the first act ever to top the Country, Top 40, Rhythmic and Hot AC charts with the same song. His latest album, Where I’ve Been Isn’t Where I’m Going, featuring hits “Good News” and “Amen,” is certified platinum. Beyond helping usher Shaboozey to six Grammy nominations and through numerous brand partnerships, Cotter helped the artist launch and co-run American Dogwood, a new record label spotlighting genre-bending and boundary-pushing artists. Cotter also manages producer and Range Music Publishing client Sean Cook, who produces for both Shaboozey and Russell and won ASCAP’s award for Song of the Year in late 2025.

In a statement on the trio of Range promotions, CEO Peter Micelli told us, “Today is an incredible day for Range. A promotion to Managing Partner is a high bar, made possible only by an unwavering work ethic to drive results, resolute dedication to clients, untiring passion for the business, staunch commitment to our culture, and undeniable leadership. On behalf of the entire company, I applaud the extraordinary accomplishments of Kai, Eman and Jared, and couldn’t be more excited to see how they continue to excel in this new year and help shape the trajectory of Range for years to come.”
