Jude Law looked unrecognizable on set of the upcoming Apple TV+ series Wild Things, which follows the life and legacy of tiger taming magic duo Siegfried & Roy.

Instead of his natural short brunette coif, the hunky English actor, 53, sported a full head of bleach blond hair while filming in Los Angeles on Tuesday, January 27.

Law is playing the entertainer Siegfried Fischbacher, who died at 81 in 2021, while Oscar nominee Andrew Garfield will portray Siegfried's professional and romantic partner Roy Horn, who died in 2020 at 75.

The duo, who performed as Siegfried & Roy, helmed one of the most successful stage shows in Las Vegas, which grossed hundreds of millions of dollars over several decades.

But the act came to a horrific end in 2003, when Horn was brutally attacked by one of the tigers he performed with.

For Tuesday's shoot, Law was dressed in a fitted blue suit, white dress shirt and patterned tie.

The BAFTA Award-winner was spotted following behind a production PA in between takes.

Also present was Law's costar Garfield, 42, whose brunette hair was augmented with thick sideburns to help transform him into Horn.

The Spider-Man actor hid much of his costume, which consisted of a white dress shirt, skinny black tie and trousers, under a cozy puffer coat.

He carried his cellphone, an iPad and what appeared to be pages from the Wild Things script.

Garfield and Law are portraying the Vegas entertainers for the upcoming Apple TV+ series, which is based on the podcast Wild Things: Siegfried & Roy.

The series will detail 'the wild ride relationship tale of two of the greatest showman-magicians in history who, along with their white tigers, are tasked with turning Sin City into a family-friendly destination,' according to the official logline, via Variety. 'The duo push the concept of illusion versus reality to the extreme, personally and professionally, until tragedy reframes and opens a mystery surrounding their last fateful Las Vegas show.'

Garfield and Law were pictured in Las Vegas earlier this week as they began filming the hotly anticipated series.

In the first-look for fans, Law sported a thin soul patch and covered his short dark hair with a black beret, which contrasted with his royal blue sport coat.

He wore it over a collar-free white shirt and had on thin metal-frame glasses and what looked like a rabbit-foot necklace.

Law's transformation was even more extreme, as he appeared to wear prosthetics to give him a more prominent, sculpted chin and a rounded nose.

His receding dark hair was replaced with shaggy blond hair that was swept back over sleek sunglasses, and his costume consisted of a dark jacket with padded shoulders and contrasting leather sleeves, along with a sliver-and-black patterned scarf and a silver cross.

The actors looked as if their characters had just done some shopping as they stood next to some bags on the stone balcony of The Venetian in Las Vegas.

In their act, Siegfried focused on illusions, while Roy was responsible for the animal displays.

But on October 3, 2003, their act went awry when Mantacore, a 400-pound white tiger featured in the show, began to strut toward the front of the stage, putting him dangerously close to the unprotected audience.

As Horn tried to guide him back to his mark, the tiger latched onto his sleeve with its jaw. He tapped it on the snout with his microphone to get it let him go, but as he stepped away, the tiger pounced.

Mantacore clamped down on Horn's neck and proceeded to pull him into the wings, where trainers were forced to discharge a fire extinguisher to get the tiger to let go of him.

Horn suffered a stroke and a severed spine in the attack and lost a significant amount of blood.

He suffered partial paralysis for the rest of his life, and the duo never performed again.

Garfield and Law were reported to have joined the series in May 2025, though Wild Things has been in the works at Apple since 2022.

Both are pulling double duty as executive producers, while John Hoffman is leading the show as EP, showrunner and director after developing the show.

Wild Things is also executive produced by Will Malnati and Steven Leckart, the creative team behind the original podcast.

Garfield was most recently seen in Luca Guadagnino's psychological campus thriller After The Hunt, in which he plays a professor accused of sexual assault by a student (Ayo Edebiri), while Julia Roberts stars as a colleague caught between the two.

His most recent work for television was in the acclaimed 2022 true-crime miniseries Under The Banner Of Heaven.

Law will soon be appearing in French filmmaker Olivier Assayas's political thriller The Wizard Of The Kremlin, in which he plays Russian President Vladimir Putin, though the film is based on a work of fiction.

In 2024, he joined Disney+ Star Wars universe for Skeleton Crew, a loose spin-off of The Mandalorian.
