The 83rd Golden Globes red carpet got off to a cringe worthy start after photographers shouted 'Megan!' at famous Icelandic singer Laufey on Sunday night.
'My name isn't Megan,' she replied, awkwardly laughing off the blunder.
The Golden Globe Awards are set to kick off awards season as A-listers descend on the Red Carpet for one of the biggest nights in Hollywood.
Comedian Nikki Glaser is hosting the show for a second time at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, which starts at 8pm ET/5pm PT.
While the stars are waiting to see who will take home awards in film and television, the Golden Globes launched a new category this year - Best Podcast.
However, the new category is already causing controversy after the Golden Globes failed to nominate any conservative podcasters, even though they topped the charts.
