Ex-Chanel Korea boss Robert Stavrides has sold off his resort-style mansion on Queensland's Gold Coast for an impressive $5million.
The Australian businessman and his wife, Sarina, bought the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at Paradise Waters in 2014 for $2.153million.
Built right on the edge of the Nerang River, the home features soaring ceilings, a pool and an undercover entertainment deck.
Stavrides, who was the boss of Chanel Korea for fifteen years, plans to stay in Paradise Waters, reports the Gold Coast Bulletin.
According to property records, the retired businessman is set to build a mansion on a nearby block he purchased in 2021 for $3.96million.
No details about the buyer have been released on his former home, while the listing says that the property is currently 'under contract'.

Previously based in Sydney, Stavrides and his wife announced plans to relocate to the Gold Coast in 2021 to spend more time with their family.

The couple were previously located in ritzy Point Piper, in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
They listed their beautiful garden apartment in the Kilmory estate with a price guide of $12-13million ahead of their move to the Sunshine State.
The three-bedroom pad in the heritage building was eventually purchased in May 2021 for $11.8million.
The buyers were reportedly finance guru David Cobcroft and his wife, Anne.
Cobcroft is currently the Managing Director of Alukea Commodities and the Parraweena Highlands Cattle Company.
