Talent management vet Meister and investment banker Dochter serve as co-managing directors at Link, with Meister’s focus on talent strategy and campaign execution and Dochter overseeing infrastructure, finance and operations, leveraging his financial and corporate expertise to ensure efficiency, transparency and long-term sustainability.

Since launch, Meister has secured deals for Link clients with Sephora Squad and Ulta Beauty Collective and also assisted with the launch of creator-led product lines outside of brand partnerships.

“Link was built to be relationship-driven at its core,” Dochter said. “We believe the best representation comes from understanding a creator’s goals, protecting their vision, and supporting their growth with transparency and trust at every step. To us, growth means helping creators elevate their platforms and empowering our managers to advocate for them in a bigger way. Seeing creators respond so positively to this approach has reinforced that we’re building exactly what we set out to create.”

Meister added: “Link Management was designed in response to a meaningful gap in the creator economy. Creators are craving thoughtful, transparent, long-term representation, something that can only exist within a culture that genuinely invests in its managers. At Link, we’ve built a more intentional and sustainable model for talent management, one that prioritizes trust, clear communication, and long-term partnership so creators can grow with confidence.”
