Sunday's instalment saw them take on an emergency evactuation drill in a life threatening situation as they were lowered from 260ft.

Sitting in the plane, a panicked Dani confessed: 'I really want to cry but I don't want to cry.'  She added: 'I'm really scared.'

Ryan fumed: 'F***ing concentrate and switch on. Focus on what you're doing, we are strong and we are calm. We're going to take a deep breath and we're going to be fine.'

Just before taking her breath, Dani confessed: 'I'm really scared.'  Dani didn't last long before she escaped the situation.
