The final Avengers: Doomsday teaser is now out, and there are some big reveals for the Marvel Cinematic Universe as two teams take center stage. In 2025, it was reported that four Avengers: Doomsday trailers would be released in theaters with Disney's Avatar: Fire and Ash. That has come to pass, with the strategy working for the upcoming MCU movie.
Marvel is spotlighting different members of Avengers: Doomsday's cast each week, using both announced and unannounced characters. The film will feature many teams, which include the New Avengers, Captain America's Avengers, Fox's X-Men, the Fantastic Four, and the Wakandans. Now, the time has come to tease what Avengers: Doomsday's story has in store for the latter two superhero teams.

After The Fantastic Four: First Steps, the MCU team is officially getting a prequel in 2026 ahead of Avengers: Doomsday that fixes a major problem.
The footage then cuts to Namora and Namor, showing what appears to be the kingdom of Talokan without any water. Shuri's voiceover states that a king has his duties, saying, "To prepare our people for the afterlife." However, she claims she has her own as Black Panther, which is when M'Baku walks by her side.
M'Baku introduces himself as the King of Wakanda to The Thing from the Fantastic Four. Shuri does the "Wakanda Forever" salute, and the trailer ends with the traditional Marvel tease, saying, "The Wakandans and the Fantastic Four will return in Avengers: Doomsday." Based on what was showcased in the footage, these are the 5 big reveals in the Avengers: Doomsday trailer:
- Namora is officially confirmed for Avengers: Doomsday.
- M'Baku is confirmed as the King of Wakanda.
- M'Baku and The Thing meet, marking the first Fantastic Four and MCU character interaction.
- New suits revealed for multiple characters.
- Talokan seems to have had all of its water drained or evaporated.
What The Avengers: Doomsday Trailer's Fantastic Four & Wakanda Reveals Mean
After she was spotted with other actors on a break from filming Avengers: Doomsday, Mabel Cadena has been officially confirmed to return as Namora, which makes sense, as Namor's kingdom seems to be going through it. The Avengers movie teaser suggests that Talokan's water has evaporated or been drained, given that Tenoch Huerta's Namor is sitting on his throne amid a desert.
That is likely the effect of an incursion, an event thatthreatens the multiverse. Some characters keep their suits from their previous appearances, such as The Thing and Black Panther, while others get new suits, with Namor's blue costume from the comics coming to live-action. Shuri also remains a superhero while M'Baku takes the political role Black Panther: Wakanda Forever teased for him.
The Avengers: Doomsday trailer sets up the Fantastic Four's role in the MCU movie. A Fantastic Four spaceship was seen entering the main universe in Thunderbolts*'s post-credits, but the first interaction Marvel shows fans is between The Thing and M'Baku. The Fantastic Four likely have multiversal knowledge, as Sue Storm met Doctor Doom, to share with the Wakandans in Avengers: Doomsday.
